Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how INVERZ processes personal data when operating this institutional website. It covers browsing, preferences, usage statistics, and contacts started through the published channels.
Last updated: July 26, 2026.
Controller and scope
INVERZ is responsible for decisions about processing performed directly on this website. For privacy matters, use an active channel on the Contact page and identify your request as a personal data matter. This Policy does not replace the notices and terms of external services you choose to use.
Data we collect
While browsing, we collect the path visited, your chosen language, the referring domain, campaign parameters, and interaction events such as clicks on primary actions and WhatsApp, language changes, opening solutions or case studies, and scroll depth. Your browser also provides technical data required for communication, such as an IP address and User-Agent; this data is used only to produce aggregated statistics and is not linked to your identity.
How we use your data
We use this data to operate and improve the website, understand how pages are used, respond to contacts you initiate, and protect the site against abuse and fraud. We do not use this information for advertising, do not perform precise location tracking, do not identify you individually, and do not record session replays. You can stop these events from being sent by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Cookies and preferences
We use cookies and browser local storage to remember your chosen language and theme (light or dark), and to keep an anonymous session identifier used only for usage statistics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Contact and WhatsApp
This version of the website does not provide a public contact form. When you choose the WhatsApp button, you leave this website and decide which data to send. INVERZ processes the number, profile identity, message content, and other data provided to respond to your contact, assess the request, and organize any pre-contractual steps. WhatsApp also processes this data under its own terms and policies.
Sharing with third parties
INVERZ does not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to providers needed to operate the website or to the channel you choose to contact us. When you open WhatsApp, data you send is also processed by Meta's service. When INVERZ develops or operates automations that use Meta platforms, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram, data processed through those integrations follows the applicable Meta Platform Terms and is used only for the contracted purpose. Requests to delete data processed through these integrations can be made through the same channel listed on the Contact page. These providers may process data in other countries according to their own infrastructure.
Data retention
We keep usage-statistics data for a limited, internally defined period, after which it is removed. Preferences saved in your browser, such as language and theme, remain until you change them or clear your browser data. Contacts are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data processed on this website against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No measure removes every risk, but confirmed incidents are assessed and handled according to their impact.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request, where applicable, confirmation and access to your data, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability within regulatory limits, information about sharing, and objection or withdrawal of consent where relevant. Submit your request through an active channel on the Contact page. We may request proportionate information to confirm your identity. You may also petition Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Updates to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when the website or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
